I am very disappointed with the service from Office Domain. I would give them 0 stars! I ordered two ink cartridges from them and paid via eft (as per their payment procedure). I waited a few weeks and had no email confirmation or delivery of my purchase. I then emailed them with proof of payment again, to two different email address, and received no reply. I then called them. The lady said to me that they were out of stock of the cartridges and that my order would go out that same day. (How convenient that the day I phone is the day they all of a sudden can send my order). I told them that I had waited so long for my order that I had to purchase the cartridges elsewhere. I requested a refund. The lady said that I should email my banking details to the given email address. I did this. I have had no response to my email nor have I received a refund or the cartridges. I emailed them again but once again, no response. The worst customer service and service delivery! I will never shop with them again.

I ordered printer cartridges from this company on 10 May. by 16 May, my order was still on hold, even though I made a direct interbank payment. I was promised delivery on 15 May, which never materialised. I demanded a refund, which was processed on the 17th of May. No explanation was given why the order was not fulfilled.
