I bought K-Way Hiking shoes about 18 months ago. Do not wear them often, but when I do, they work hard. Shoes started falling apart. I contacted K-Way and they were not interested in my complaint and referred me back to the dealership. I do not understand this as the dealership sold me the shoes, they did not manufacture them. Poor customer service. Let it suffice to say that I will not purchase another K-way product.
I had a problem with my Lasher pruning shears and could not find spares in my area. I contacted Lasher and they went the extra mile to source my spares. Delivered to my doorstep, no cost. Heartwarming to experience such service. My shears are as good as new. Thank you Lasher Tools
Did telephonic discussion with client care and managed to get a substantial discount on my premium, without increasing any Excess payment amounts

I ordered printer cartridges from this company on 10 May. by 16 May, my order was still on hold, even though I made a direct interbank payment. I was promised delivery on 15 May, which never materialised. I demanded a refund, which was processed on the 17th of May. No explanation was given why the order was not fulfilled.
I had a problem with shoes I bought about 8 months ago. Hi-tec service was super efficient and fast. My shoes were replaced at a store close to me the next say. Super service
My car was returned not cleaned inside the trunk. My cellphone charging cable was missing from the car when I received the car back
The company hides shipping cost from your view until after you place the order. Then a massive shipping cos is added. All my requests to cancel the order was acknowlledged on the screen, but the order was never cancelled an they have now shipped my order even though I requested cancellation
I bought a vehicle from this dealer. Upon testing, the car seemed to be in fair condition. It was declared to me that the car was involved in an accident, but that it was repaired and in good condition. However the car started giving problems and we had it checked only to find that the repair work after the accident was of poor quality. The dealer is now refusing to pay for the repair work that needs to be done to render the car safe to drive. I will not recommend this dealer to any person. I also note from the previous reviews that the only positive review was made by the dealer himself
JRA is fixing potholes at a good rate. There are so many to do. Keep up the good work
