Lasher Tools pruning Shears
I had a problem with my Lasher pruning shears and could not find spares in my area. I contacted Lasher and they went the extra mile to source my spares. Delivered to my doorstep, no cost. Heartwarming to experience such service. My shears are as good as new. Thank you Lasher Tools

Lasher Tools pruning Shears

Lasher - A company that believes in customer service
I reported a problem with a recent purchase via the website's feedback form - the issue was immediately escalated and the problem sorted in short order by the factory manager via phone and WhatsApp. What a pleasure to be taken seriously as a customer and to receive such personal service. A big thank you to Arie du Plessis for his help.

As customers we are too quick to complain but never make time to compliment a good service, welI I want to break the chain and comment Lasher Tools SA for providing me with excellent service in a very timely manner. The quality of your work and the products are extremely good! Kathy Coutts is exellent to work with, she sees the query through from start to finish. I’m very happy to refer customers to Lasher, knowing the great service and support they provide, buy only Lasher marked tools LOL :-). Bix
