Can one do a zero rating? Here I sit at 16:45 on a Friday, having spent two entire days waiting around for a package I need to sign for personally, with lots of promises that the parcel is on its way but nothing materialises. What's worse is that I'm expecting another parcel next week, so will I also lose 2 or more days then as well? Lots of nonsense spouted, like "being unable to contact me" (no evidence of missed calls) and "can't find the address" (when the location is literally searchable on Google Maps). Why on earth DHL associates with RAM I have no idea.
First off, the confirmation texts from the app never reach my phone when it's on wifi, which is a pain because I don't have a cell signal. Secondly, my account is blocked with no warning. I try to appease the bank via the app, which of course means wandering around looking for a cell signal, only to discover that the address fields on the input form don't accept my info. Stalemate. The WhatsApp "help" are brusque and unhelpful. So I must now do a 90 minute trip to get to a branch. I will be closing my account!
I reported a problem with a recent purchase via the website's feedback form - the issue was immediately escalated and the problem sorted in short order by the factory manager via phone and WhatsApp. What a pleasure to be taken seriously as a customer and to receive such personal service. We have used Morclick for 3 years and the service was good, Since the upgrade earlier this year the service has been poor and we recently upgraded the package to try and improve it, with no luck. Contacting Morclick via Whatsapp is beyond frustrating and over the last 10 days I think I've spent 20 hours waiting for responses and having various people testing the speed interminably, Then nothing is resolved, everything goes quiet, and I have to start all over again with customer care. I want to cancel the contract as the service is not being provided, but how do I get hold of the relevant person?

This is specifically for the Mall@Reds, Centurion branch : Linda spent an entire day trying to sort out a courier option for me for a purchase of less than R200. With great patience and fortitude she negotiated between me and HO until a satisfactory result was achieved. Such service is rare these days, especially in the anonymous world of online transactions, and it was so heart-warming to feel like a valued customer. Many thanks.
We spent 3 nights in a Safari tent at Oewerzicht. We were charged R1800. The tent includes an en suite bathroom. <br> Unfortunately there was some rain and alas the bathroom roof is poorly finished and leaks horrendously, such that one gets soaked while using the toilet (not a pleasant experience in the middle of the night). The bathroom floor also floods, enough to soak one's shoes. A lot of our stuff and our towels were drenched.<br> We asked for some sort of refund as we feel that R1800 is a great deal of money to spend considering the poor condition of the facilities, but the owner has refused saying \this is not a maintenance issue". We have been offered a single free night"
