Questionable quality

I recently purchased two pairs of sneakers from Office London—one from the Eastgate store and the other through your online platform. Despite minimal wear, both pairs began to deteriorate within a year, which is extremely disappointing given the expectations associated with the brands and the price point.

The shoes in question were Vans and New Balance 550s. Both pairs developed similar damage, which raises concerns about the quality—or even the authenticity—of the products being sold. It’s especially troubling that they were purchased from different sources and yet failed in the same way.

Given this experience, I’ve lost confidence in shopping at Office London and will not be making any future purchases. I’ve had significantly better quality and durability from other retailers. Total shame!
