I’ve ordered a puma backpack online on the 4/02/2026 and I’ve received a message on the 6th that says the bag would be delivered between 8am and 17:00 but never did, then last week Monday I received a call from the driver telling me that the bag will be delivered the next.On the next day my package never arrived and I called the driver he told me to wait for 2 minutes and he’ll get back to me but never did.I’ve sent an email several times for follow and a consultant got back to me and said she’d follow but to this day I haven’t received my package and it was for a gift for my daughter as I explained to the consultant that my daughter was going back to Johannesburg,Truworths is a **** I will never buy from this company again,poor customer service.

I laybyed a pair of shoes at office paid by card collected it and didn't want it anymore trying to return it is a nightmare they never have cash and apparently they can not refund it back to my card went to two stores in Claremont and waterfront in cape town same storiy even at Truworths they have same issues when u buying cash and returning they don't have cash or have issues now I must waste petrol and time running around to get my money

I would like to express my disappointment to Office London with regards to my online purchase that was done 17 December 2025 What was supposed to be a christmas gift is turning out to be a nightmare as I have not received the package yet. This is unacceptable as I have no answers for the person the gift was intended for and is very embarrassing. No communication, nothing, this is the worst experience I have ever had.

I would like to express my disappointment to Office London with regards to my online purchase that was done 17 December 2025 What was supposed to be a christmas gift is turning out to be a nightmare as I have not received the package yet. Wow I'm very happy with Office London Westgate service. I went to change a size for the slides I bought for my daughter, and I lost my receipt/ invoice. I thought it was going to be a struggle or maybe I will receive a bad attitude, but not at all... I got the help I needed. Thanks to these 2 ladies: Kamo and Joyce. Thank you ladies, I wish you could get a festive bonus, yay!!!!

Wow I'm very happy with Office London Westgate service. I went to change a size for the slides I bought for my daughter, and I lost my receipt/ invoice. I went to the Eastgate branch to purchase a pair of shoes. They gave me a ziplock bag to put on in order to try on the shoes. Disgusting? I know you are protecting the inside of the shoes but why not have sandwich bags or medical shoe covers instead. How are you supposed to see how the shoe looks on while you are wearing a ziplock bag. Ridiculous. Go buy at JD’s instead

Pathetic returns policy and you should really empower the manager to be able to use his own initiative to make a decision to exchange and item or not. I was gifted a Puma top and then informed your customer that its too big ill need to exchange it. I then called the store and spoke to the store manager who said the garment must be in the original condition and i need the receipt. I then asked for the receipt which shows the private details of the customer which she was not happy with but gave it to me as she didn't want her money go to waste. I took my lunch break and went to the store. I was assisted by the cashier who then told me i need to have the account holder with me if i want to exchange and item. I informed her i contacted the store and spoke a male who told me I just need the garment in original state and the receipt. She asked me to please hold on and then called the manager who acknowledged i spoke to him and he said he assumed it was purchased by me. They need your customer who works in the week and stays far from the store to come in and exchange a gift or they must write a letter to say i can exchange it. I am not a child coming to bring a letter for your *********** staff to confirm an exchange, they could have phoned the number on the receipt of your client and confirmed if they could exchange the purchase for a smaller size. Yes i only wanted a smaller size not pay in or refund or anything, same thing just a smaller size. I will encourage her to avoid office London its really not a nice place to shop at either. I have no account or interest in any store within the Truworths banner and i am so happy that my money does not go to you!!!!!

The shoes in question were Vans and New Balance 550s. Both pairs developed similar damage, which raises concerns about the quality—or even the authenticity—of the products being sold. It’s especially troubling that they were purchased from different sources and yet failed in the same way. Given this experience, I’ve lost confidence in shopping at Office London and will not be making any future purchases. I’ve had significantly better quality and durability from other retailers. Total shame!
