I laybyed a pair of shoes at office paid by card collected it and didn't want it anymore trying to return it is a nightmare they never have cash and apparently they can not refund it back to my card went to two stores in Claremont and waterfront in cape town same storiy even at Truworths they have same issues when u buying cash and returning they don't have cash or have issues now I must waste petrol and time running around to get my money
So 7 days back and forth with vuma and afrihost my wifi is still not fixed getting calls from vuma to say that a technician will be sent still no1 came twice cant work as i work from home thanks for nothing vuma you took my money but i cant get my service have to spend extra money on data.
Afrihost and vumatel are the worst give ****ty stories paid for internet getting a fraction of what i paid for cant even work from home cos my internet wont connect to pc even with a lan cable the sad thing is they say its fixed and i say its not why not trust your customer and send someone to check instead have to resort to hello peter and swearing and screaming at agents to try to get the point across i paid R400 for something i cant even google with i cant even buy xmas gifts on line as the sites wont open so i must spend a xtra R 100 on data every few days but im suppose to have unlimited data and the best part is they wont give my money back
How can a internet provider not work on a weekend between afrihost and vuma im not sure who is worst its been 5 days since my money was taken for a internet service im not getting i now have to put my life in danger to travel at 2am go to different gang areas in cape town use work transport as i dont know whats worst me a female driving alone at 2am or using transport as i have to go into office to work all cos vuma and aftihost cant fix a problem they caused what a joke i was 1st told wait 72 hours when i advised its been 72hours now told 48 hours what a waste of time
So afrihost decides for me that my service provider needs to change now i have to waste all my airtime and data as they cant get it right stuck without internet but my momey was taken all they say is wait 48 hours i have to work im loosing money and they understand what u dont understand no help being on hold for 20mins
Truworths delivery is the worst delivery service in south africa 12 working days for a package really get out for delivery text messages n no delivery no follow up if u ordering off Truworths online be prepared for long waiting times empty promises and have airtime to call everyday as they do not follow up once u hang up u forgotten this is the worst online shopping experience i have ever had!!!!!
So truworths on line offering 5-7 day shipping its been 7 days my order hasnt even been shipped have no way of speaking to a person no customer service number getting sms's saying my order will ship soon no delivery date nothing this is the worst online shopping experience for a well known shop

Guardrisk gap cover is the worst I have been paying for years the 1st time I end up in hospital due to covid they tell me they can't pay the shortfall as it does not qualify. This after I had to send many emails for weeks just to get a response a waste of money and time do not use this.
So telkom decides to bill be in june for april charges that i paid that was debited from my bank account charge me twice for device fees and tells me its prorated just adding extra charges to my bill and then me trying two whole weeks to sort it out being told its being looked into in this time when everyone is struggling they just take extra money from ur bank account i want my bill sorted Asap telkom.
