I am with Discovery medical aid. It’s expensive. My problem is that medical practitioners are taking advantage of my medical aid. Dr’s, optometrist , psychiatrist and dentist add products, services that I dont need and they exploit my medical aid. My medical aid is for medical treatment and care not unnecessary bells and whistles

Poor service
PG glass was aware that I was bringing my car in to replace the windscreen. Its a newer model so it requires a special window ( camera and sensors) . On the day they were not prepared for the job. It took 3 hours plus to fit the windscreen. The technician had to go to Head office to collect a device to check the camera and another technician from who knows where had to come and assist to install the windscreen and make sure all the technical bits were working . I would not recommend this business for newer cars .

Ziplock socks
I went to the Eastgate branch to purchase a pair of shoes. They gave me a ziplock bag to put on in order to try on the shoes. Disgusting? I know you are protecting the inside of the shoes but why not have sandwich bags or medical shoe covers instead. How are you supposed to see how the shoe looks on while you are wearing a ziplock bag. Ridiculous. Go buy at JD’s instead

First of all they advertise a cheap flight to Austria , I boomed for 2 people only to be told a few weeks later that the tockets we bought does not include 1 suitcase per person!!!! What? Then they charged me R490 to correct my friends name from Adel to Adele. R490 to add an e on the computer. I will never ever use Flight centre ever again. They are ******* and cunning.

Kruger Park os going backwards
I took my husband to the Kruger for 4 nights as a birthday gift. We stayed at Lower Sabie unit 75 . The patio smelled of urine and we had bat droppings on the concrete tops above the cooking appliances , I tried to clean it with soap but it did not work. I asked to be moved to a different chalet and they did move us to unit 86 bit it smelled as well so decided to stay at unit 75. The place was dirty. There was plague on the mirror and you could see that they don't sweep out the rooms daily. There use to be green grass around the camp side many moons ago but it is now just dust and sand. Very sad. I hope they will get the right people in to run the Kruger Park. I was disappointed.

Going downhill
Checkers at the Neighbourhood Linksfield is going down. I ordered wine from the manager Arthur in 2024 , I am still waiting for his call and the wine. I bought a ready cooked chicken on Friday the 3rd of July and it was RAW, I was looking for small bags of carrots and the packers told me they have not received any , I walked past a different fridge and there it was small bags of carrots. Pudicat has been discontinued so I went to buy Petleys cat food today and the shelves were empty except for one flavour. Since Jaco the manager left that place is going down hill. It was so mice when it opened but not anymore.

Useless company
I have had rain for some time now. In 2024 i was due for an upgrade. I accepted the upgrade but they never cancelled my precious rooter yes one can see I unplugged the old one once I received the new device . Every month since November 2024 I debit my account with R1100 R1300 R1400 and its suppose to be R625 per month. I still get messages to say I am in arrears. When I do contact them to report the problem it takes days for someone to get back to me and I have reported this issue before and nothing gets done about it.

Temu
I think Temu is cheap and nasty. Bought some gym tops and bikinis. Wont waste my money again. Maybe its good for ornaments and things like that but its not for me. Goed koop koop is duur Koop

Construction
We’ve been living in our home for 17 years. We’ve had to repaint and sort out water damp problems 4 times. MMF projects are so far the best. They are efficient, neat and clean. I have seen them do work on the walls that no other company has done. I highly recommend them.
