I’ve ordered a puma backpack online on the 4/02/2026 and I’ve received a message on the 6th that says the bag would be delivered between 8am and 17:00 but never did, then last week Monday I received a call from the driver telling me that the bag will be delivered the next.On the next day my package never arrived and I called the driver he told me to wait for 2 minutes and he’ll get back to me but never did.I’ve sent an email several times for follow and a consultant got back to me and said she’d follow but to this day I haven’t received my package and it was for a gift for my daughter as I explained to the consultant that my daughter was going back to Johannesburg,Truworths is a **** I will never buy from this company again,poor customer service.
Good day, I would like to complain about service that I got from the mobile department.I have been in and out of the mr store in Blueroute and also emailed the mobile department regarding the sim that I received that is not working, it doesn’t have network/ service.An amount of R198 was deducted into my account for the sim that has never worked.Sim swap was already done twice in the store but still nothing.I’m paying for the sim that I have never used.One of your consultants told me that I’m not the first customer who complained about Mr Price sim,the SIM cards has a problem and she has also experienced that with her.This is the second week that I’ve been complaining about this issue.I want my money back.Mr price is giving the SIM card knowing that they are not working.
