I would like to express my disappointment to Office London with regards to my online purchase that was done 17 December 2025 What was supposed to be a christmas gift is turning out to be a nightmare as I have not received the package yet. This is unacceptable as I have no answers for the person the gift was intended for and is very embarrassing. No communication, nothing, this is the worst experience I have ever had.
I have a contract with Cell C and they suspended my line due to non payment. Now I have paid the account in full and they don`t want to open my line. This is very unprofessional from such a giant in the telecommunications industry. Furthermore with their incompetence I am loosing money because I am unable to work as my cellular phone is down. I was told that somebody would phone me immediately after I was in contact with customer service but up until now no response.
Not one of the ATMS working at Canal Walk to deposit money. This is shocking as it was an emergency deposit. I am closing all my accounts with Capitec in the morning.
I would like to share my sincere disappointment and dissatisfaction towards telecommunication giants Cell C. I have a couple of contracts with Cell C and was upgraded/migrated to a package I did not agree to. Prior to October I had a very decent contract with 10 gb data, 240 minutes and 500 sms which was subsequently upgraded or migrated to 500mb with no minutes not sms's. When I saw this I was very disappointed because such upgrade was done without my knowledge. I have been in contact with Cell C since the beginning of October with no joy. I am currently loosing out on a lot of business as I run a transport company because I can't contact my clients. This is unacceptable from such a giant in the telecommunications industry. The last person Khanyo Bam I spoke to on Monday assured me that my previous contract would be reinstated by Wednesday 16 October 2024 which clearly did not happen. I hope this information will help to let people know how Cell C and their call Centre operates.
Most horrible experience at Game Canal Walk in terms of returning a broken item that is within warranty. Item was sent to the technical division for repairs and upon return it still was not working only to find out the wrong problem was repaired now I'm being told that the problem which is a charging pin problem was not repaired mind you that is why I brought it in the fist place. Furthermore the item is still under warranty.
