POOR POOR SERVICE!!!

Very Poor service from the Kokstad Manager, shouting at me over the phone after i had made an online purchase and providing him with proof of payment. He still did not want to release the stationary. He then dropped the phone and when we call back, he doesn't want to speak to me. Very unprofessional, poor service and for a company that offers online purchases, he is very incompetent in that regard as he does not know how to handle online purchases. I am not happy at all!!!
