I bought power suoply in good faith I received it and when I googled for what I wanted this product was under amps thar I wanted it for I sent them an email that I wanted ti return it and I took it in and David inspected it and I asked when he was going to transfer the money he said I must email him my banking details,I did so with my phone after a few days I emailed him to find out about my refune and he said the supplier will not credit him as I had used it which I never.I am a pensioner.so I told him to keep the money and rge power supply

When you returned the power supply to us, you informed us the item was never used, so we returned it to the supplier for a refund. Unfortunately when the item was QC checked, the supplier informed us that there are visible signs that the item was indeed used. They do not accept 2nd hand items back for refunds unless it is faulty, which it would then be replaced with a new unit. Apologies for this, but as resellers, we have to follow the Supplier's terms and conditions.
