False advertising on their website
I recently bought a Casio calculator on their website only to find a different model when I went to fetch it on their offices. The calculator they gave me was not the same as the one that was advertised on their website and was cheaper on other stores. Their excuse was that, the calculator I bought is no longer sold by the supplier but who then is at fault? After walking more than 4km to their offices, I had to take the calculator though I wasn’t satisfied. My advice is that do not trust some of the products on their website no matter how discounted they may seem. If you can find it somewhere, please go buy there.

Excellent service they gave me, i order a VR controller, they told me 5 to 10 days of delivery but guess what they delivered it in 3days i was so shock while i was not expecting the product, Big thumbs 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽up for office gear, WHAT AN EXCELLENT SERVICE, their website is officegear.co.za please stock more product so that i order from you guys.

I bought power suoply in good faith I received it and when I googled for what I wanted this product was under amps thar I wanted it for I sent them an email that I wanted ti return it and I took it in and David inspected it and I asked when he was going to transfer the money he said I must email him my banking details,I did so with my phone after a few days I emailed him to find out about my refune and he said the supplier will not credit him as I had used it which I never.I am a pensioner.so I told him to keep the money and rge power supply

Lack of Communication Bordering on Fraudulent - Good Products, Though
What a nightmare. I ordered my items from OfficeGear.co.za on the 23rd of November 2022. After a week I became suspicious as there was no further progress to my order. For an entire week I tried contacting them via phone and e-mail - never once did they answer ANY of their phones or any of my e-mails. Because of this lack of communication I was forced to contact PayFast and try to report them as a fraudulent seller, which fortunately led to one of Office Gear's reps to contact me. I eventually received my order on the 7th of December 2022 and furtunately in good order. Their products are good and reasonably priced, but it's a massive headache to deal with these people. I went through two weeks of thinking I had been robbed.

From "Stay away..." to excellent service!
Update on my previous one-star review... I was contacted by the manager David, who was very friendly and helpful. He immediately followed up on my order and the issue was solved. After nearly a month of struggle to get any response from Allison, I received my order and was refunded for the item not available. Thanks for calling back Allison, apology accepted, the lesson learned here is it's all about communication!

Update on my previous one-star review... I was contacted by the manager David, who was very friendly and helpful. He immediately followed up on my order and the issue was solved. STAY AWAY!
BAD, BAD SERVICE! I put in my online order more than a month ago, no update regarding my order whatsoever! I have phoned them already three times, the first time the phone was dropped in my ear, the other two times I eventually manage to speak to "Allison", who promised both times to came back to me regarding my order... well I'm still waiting. Going to phone them next week to cancel the order and demand a refund... I have no good hope...
