My salary was paid on 26th of November but nothing has reflected in my account until today. Worse part is nobody is able to explain what is going on, and no help. This is very frustrating, and they can't even track it. The team confirmed that the account is correct but they don't understand the issue. How's that possible? Is there a way to report them to authorities???
I made a mistake not to check the review here before ordering a router. I am in such a hurry and in need of LTE Wi-Fi that I didn't do a proper investigation on this provider. I only checked if they're legit, and saw hey work with MTN. That was sufficient. However, I'm waiting for the delivery, no update so far, and they don't pick up my calls. I canceled the order but nothing is happening... What did I get myself into 😒😢😕😭
I feel like there's a note left on my account or file or case with SARS. I spend hours to wait on the queue, and as soon as I get an agent then give my details, the call always cut. I submitted callback request and noone ever called back. All this because they owes me. After 21 days, they come with new request and delay my refund. When I manage to speak to someone, they tell me that everything is fine. This is very frustrating and unfair. I'm not the only one going through it. Where is the professionalism guys?
I've submitted all my documents and everything is in order. But it looks like SARS does not want to refund me delaying the process. Going back to 2022, 2023 and saying 2024 all together are on audit. 2023 audit is finished but no refund still. After checking many places, it seems that people are struggling to get their refund and it is delayed. Why SARS? I don't even know what else to say

I have connection maybe 7 hours out of 24 in general... Way unstable and for the past 3 days it's such a nightmare!!! I'm wondering what am I paying for and not even 2 full months of usage Problem started from the 1st day... 😪
Worse customer service if you have an online order issue. No one never know what to do, and same questions re asked over and over
I made an online purchase on Monday 24th, and the money was deducted from my account. I received their confirmation email, invoice, and order number. As I'm posting this review, the order cannot be found on my online account, and it is giving me the option to reorder. I called their number, it is not going through. They don't respond to email I sent through their help page. This is very frustrating, and unprofessional.
I spent over 6 hours waiting to chat with an agent... Why have this option if no one replies? So frustrating situation I am very disappointed
It feels very nice when you have a problem, you contact the company and you get your problem solved right away. I always obtain satisfying assistance but this time I made sure to mention the name of the consultant who assisted me. Leigh-Ann Andrews, thank you very much
