Bold Incompetence in dealing with money. Totally Useless. Not sure how they remain in business.
These guys deserve a negative review! Incompetence at its best. Take you round and round for weeks to recover money that you've remitted to them. DO NOT TOUCH THESE GUYS WITH A 9 FOOT POLE!

Never use Hello Paisa or open Hello Paisa to secure your money, it is a hegroup of ******* who have just ****** my R5100. And I haven't received any help yet.

🚨 URGENT: Missing Funds – FNB Instant Transfer to Hellopaisa (No Resolution After 2 Months)
On 18 October 2025, I made an instant transfer from my FNB account to my Hellopaisa account (powered by Bidvest). The funds were successfully deducted from my FNB account. I have clear proof of payment, yet the funds have never reflected in my Hellopaisa account. As of 14 December 2025, this issue has been unresolved for almost two months. I have contacted FNB Business and Hellopaisa support multiple times. Instead of resolving the matter, I have been passed between departments, with no ownership, no feedback, and no resolution from either party. This complaint is now directed publicly at Hellopaisa, FNB, and Bidvest. I require the following within 48 hours: 1.Written confirmation of the exact location/status of the funds 2.Accountability on which institution is holding the funds 3.Immediate settlement — either credit to my Hellopaisa account or a full refund Failure to resolve this will result in escalation to the Banking Ombudsman, FSCA, and formal legal action, using all documentation already in my possession. This matter should never take two months for an instant transfer.

HelloPaisa did not process my remittance order for days and they are locking my money
This bank needs to be checked. I am not a regular customer at HelloPaisa but I have an account. They always call me telling about discounts on sending money to other countries. I created an order to send money on Remittance and they gave me pay at reference to use in Stores to pay for my order which I paid for and the money ended up getting stuck in my account and the order has not gone through now since 2 days. I ended up using Mukuru to send money home and now the money in hellopaisa can't come out their stupid app is saying system is not allowing Debits on my account I can't even buy airtime or do cash outs. Beware of this stupid organization it's not even a proper bank

Don't use this bank
My salary was paid on 26th of November but nothing has reflected in my account until today. Worse part is nobody is able to explain what is going on, and no help. This is very frustrating, and they can't even track it. The team confirmed that the account is correct but they don't understand the issue. How's that possible? Don't use this bank
