HelloPaisa did not process my remittance order for days and they are locking my money
This bank needs to be checked. I am not a regular customer at HelloPaisa but I have an account. They always call me telling about discounts on sending money to other countries. I created an order to send money on Remittance and they gave me pay at reference to use in Stores to pay for my order which I paid for and the money ended up getting stuck in my account and the order has not gone through now since 2 days. I ended up using Mukuru to send money home and now the money in hellopaisa can't come out their stupid app is saying system is not allowing Debits on my account I can't even buy airtime or do cash outs. Beware of this stupid organization it's not even a proper bank

Hello Paisa is big No No you will lose your money
A very useless organization. Their partnership with Sasfin Bank is a combination of disaster. I recieved salary into my account and next I was told my account was frozen and they asked me to send affidavits from both me and the sender of money and we sent them. Next they started asking for personal details of the sender and all this I'm the one expected to get them making me look like a ****** who wants to ***** people's personal details. They know I can't get people's personal details from anywhere so they claim I won't get my account opened till I do so they are confiscating my money for no reason. An account was created to recieve eft so why when I recieve eft the account is flagged and frozen? Such a pathetic bank

A very useless organization. Their partnership with HelloPaisa is a combination of disaster. Takealot has a lot of inconveniences
These guys are so stressful. I placed an order on 10 August for next day collection and they claimed my ozow payment was delayed yet ozow confirms payments instant. I waited for them to finally confirm my payment on 13 August and they assured me that my order would be ready for collection on 15 August. Till now, there is nothing nomatter how many times I call and follow up on my order, they just tell me to wait for the email.

Worst Logistics company ever. They don't deliver parcels
The worst possible mistake I ever made is ordering goods that were delivered by this very useless logistics company. They went MIA on me and didn't update my shipping status for days and never delivered my parcel. Until now I never got it. I would not advice anyone to use them

Useless bank.
How can I trust this bank anymore? Useless bank ever. Last month I was told African Bank requested my account to be blocked. I went to African Bank and they assured me that fnb was notified to unblock my account but they still blocked my account with my money inside. This is a lesson learnt to never accept EFT if you use fnb you will suffer. Their lazy investigators are very fast in responding when another bank calls to block accounts but they never respond when the account is supposed to be open because they target to walk away with your money. More than a month they have been notified by the reporting bank to release my account they don't give a damn. Their non-toll free numbers take forever to be answered and everyday i call their ***** line and being told the case has veen escalated for the whole month. No branch can help because they always say they dont have the authority to unblock accounts except the ***** investigators who are always on holiday. May this bank rot in hell I just hate everything about them now

Don't Accept EFT from African Bank
Worst bank. Just accept payments from this bank and they will block your account. I spent the last month going up and down because of this bank. The worst mistake a person can ever do is associating with African Bank customers, don't accept eft from them you will suffer I swear you will suffer. Just one payment from Africa bank you will see.

It's been weeks of going up and down to FNB branches and calling their none toll free numbers everyday to follow up of a blocked account and no response from the ***** team. That is how FNB treats customers. They don't resolve your matters, their goal is to frustrate you and make you wish you never opened an account with them

African Bank blocks people's accounts
This bank is the worst. Don't do business with an African Bank user your accounts will be blocked. This stupid bank called fnb to block my account after I received a legit payment from a client who uses African Bank. Don't even make a mistake of accepting EFT from African Bank you will suffer at the hands of Pharaoh

Lift Airlines is the worst Pain in this world
Useless airline. They refused to check me in just because I was 4 minutes late for check in and yet there was still 41 minutes to departure and ended up missing my return flight which I booked for the same day these guys are just terrible I swear all they want is for penalty fees and force my refund to be used only with them in future flights when I no longer wanna fly with them
