I placed 2 seperate orders with Uber Eats a few minutes appart from each other. I am assuming that something went wrong on their app, because my one order showed it was completed but it never arrived. I reported it and successfully claimed a refund. 2nd ORDER was for food at Slamwich - Randburg. I realized that the driver was going in the wrong direction on the app's tracking page. The address provided was for Greymont in Randburg, but he was heading in Sandton's direction. I called him and asked him where he was heading. The address given was in Randburg. He started laughing, realizing there was an issue. I confirmed the address which was supp**** on the app when placing the order, he confirmed and said he would be there in a few minutes. The order was marked as delivered and completed a few moments after the call ended. We never got the food. We did speak to Slamwich and the driver told them I gave the wrong address which is blatent lie. They said they would look into it, but I never heard of them since then. The order shows the correct address. I think the Uber eats app was misbehaving and gave the wrong location details, and when the driver realized the mistake, it was too far to Greymont and decided to mark the order as completed and say the address is wrong. We never got the food and the app didn't allow me to report this. It kept on saying there is an error, i should try later. When it finally allowed me to report this, the app said it was 2 days ago and it's too late. I can't even download the Invoice. This means I paid for food, never got it, and I am not allowed to get the proof of the purchase. I enjoyed the food from Slamwich, but I can't trust that I get my food this way. I can't pay R250 for items I don't receive. Obviously I had to order from another place to replace the lost food, so it's not affordable or wise to order this way. I would advise you to get a different delivery system, because I won't buy from you again until I am sure I will get what I paid for. Since the incident Neither slamwich nor Uber eats has even tried to contact me. It's a AI BOT constantly looping the same replies with no result. Impossible to speak to a real person. Its not about the money, but the experience. I feel cheated and ****** from with not even an apology. Do better.
For the past two years we have been investing money in Luno and for the second time we were notified our account will be closed without a reason! The first time this happened they thought my partner was part of a political family, but after a lot of effort they realized they were wrong. Now it's happened again with no reason or reply from anyone. We through Luno would be a company to invest our money for the long run, but it seems there's an issue every year... Why is our account being targeted? Avoid the drama and choose another company
The reason why you get so many used Haval vehicles with low millaege is because of one BIG reason! The cars are extremely heavy on fuel. Even if you crawl to your destination with the car, you won't come near the **** fuel stats Haval promises. We have a H6 GT and we sent it in to the dealership for this reason. The car came back wih nothing changed.. BUT .. they told us we should use the aircon less!! What utter bull... PS: There is no real difference with the aircon off or on.. if you go up a slight incline at 60km, and you try and keep your 60km, the car will go up to 32 Litres per 100 without you even touching that fuel pedal. I am sure that Haval's personel have all been trained to give that blank clueless look they give you when you bring this up. Only one sales rep finally admitted the issue AFTER we bought the car. I do not mind if a car does 13L per 100 in the city if I am in a hurry, but to have those stats while driving at a snails pace isnt fun. It's a shame really.
I don't know if Telkom will ever come right... Their service is pathetic. This is my 2nd week waiting for my upgrade. I tried calling their customer services but the agent put the phone down in my ear when I started asking questions. This is actually a blessing. This shows that I should just wait until January and close the contract. This is the reason why you are struggling to stay open!
I have been a client of Absa for many years. Last month I accidently paid R50.00 short on my credit card. As soon as Absa notified me of this, I paid an additional R1000.00 into my credit card. This all happened in the same month. I know received a report on my credit rating and 17 points were deducted on my name!! I have a clean record and Absa has *****ed it. I will now pay off the card and close it. I don't need more "Edgars" type companies on my name.
These guys are amazing! Very good service!! :) Thank You!
Please watch out for this company! We bought over R10 000.00 worth of products from James Munroe and we never received any of the orders. We just got weekly excuses until we asked for our money back. At this point, he discontinued communication with our company. We opened a case of theft/fraud against him, but these cases take time. We know of other people who was also conned this company. Please be aware!
We were scammed by a Fraudulent Website (www.Fancykittens4homes.co.za) who "sell animals". You can have a look on Hello Peter. There are 100's of complaints in regards to these type of websites conning people! The thing that makes me so upset is that these fake websites are being protected by Capitec (Majority have Capitec accounts) who prevent the victims from finding out who received the money.. We made a case at the police and it was given through to Standard bank. They just told us that they can't do anything seeing as Capitec won't give out the information of the people running this scam. These criminals know that most people do not have R15 000+ to cover the legal costs to force Capitec with a Subpoena to give up the information. It's so sad when criminals are being protected by the banks/Law. There are so many people being robbed this way and the banks are enabling them.
Do not buy anything from them! It's a Fraudulent website! The animals they advertise are fake! They get you to pay a deposit for the animal, which they will courier to you.. The fake courier company (Elite Services Courier) also tries to get money out of you, but at the end you don't hear from them again. http://fancykittens4homes.co.za/
Please do not buy electronic products from companies that work through BidorBuy. I bought a Alexa Echo Dot Speaker from Red tag SA. The problem is that it's an American product not made for South Africa. You can't download the software from Play Store or IOS seeing as it's not allowed in South Africa. You need to download the app from APK websites which are known for planting viruses on your phone when you download the product. This was supposed to be a birthday present but my nephew's phone doesn't even want to accept the app downloaded from this site. my phone works but that won't help my nephew. The product has an american plug and no adapter came with the product! Very little programs work on the program from South Africa. I requested a refund and Pieter from Red tag SA said they take no refunds on this product because his description stated that you must make sure you ALREADY have the alexa app on your phone before buying this product... How do you do that with a product that is blocked in SA?? I do not accept this and I will not buy this way again seeing as there is not after sales service. I look like a fool and I have wasted R1000.00 on a product I can't use. Pieter was also very defensive and insulting in our discussion, telling me I need to learn how to read! I don't want to do business this way. I know for a fact that other companies selling this product as a refund policy! Why not this company?
