Please take your staff to customer workshop course because seriously they don't know how to treat customers right instead of being helpful they are just lazy and just answer you with an aggressive manner when they supposed to help you, lastly how can African bank rush to open a branch without proper infrastructure things such as WiFi for Customers, I didn't have data and couldn't get help because they can't use my app then can't be assisted, had to fetch my wife to assist me in terms of data so useless ππ½π π π useless service I've got today. lastly the voucher is so annoying, you done it on the app when it is sent to email via pdf it shows download pdf but downloading pdf it is a hustle to download it because it takes you on their African bank had to log in again, had to go options after options to get the voucher number so it is send as pdf to email for what reason as it is a struggle to get the voucher number as it shows order number on pdf but voucher number hidden, that strategy itself it is annoying and waisting time when you are on quΓ© in restaurant so useless Regards Sphiwe Masuku
My wife had a recent transaction at Fair Price in Sam Ntuli Mall. She attempted to purchase a fan using my Capitec Bank card, and the amount of R230 was deducted from her account. However, Fair Price claims they have not received this payment, and my bank is unable to provide a declined slip as Fair Price cannot confirm the transaction. Her money is currently pending, and she is unable to access it. Both Capitec Bank and Fair Price are pointing fingers at each other, and she is caught up in the middle. When contacting fair price head office they don't respond to your calls and they don't respond to emails, they just ignore complaints. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I'm now exhausted and tired of speaking complain of one thing always since from day one this so called WiFi thing ain't working so can I have full refund including full refund also installation because I can't just have something which is not working at all, on day one I requested that the installation must be done while I'm via my home but yet you came on your own time because I needed to check everything is in order while is not, always buffering no connection no internet so it's like I waisted my money, can I have full refund, I was promised on email that technician will be sent on my home but yet no technician came so I'm tired now I REQUEST A FULL REFUND INCLUDING INSTALLATION I CANT STAY WITH SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL, WHEN TECHNICIAN COMES TO TAKE ALL THE EQUIPMENT, THEY MUST COME 16:30PM BECAUSE THE WILL BE NO ONE VIA MY HOME I HIGHLY REPEAT 16:30 PM FOR TECHNICIAN TO COME AND COLLECT THEIR EQUIPMENT AND I WILL BE WAITING FOR FULL REFUND They promise to send technicians since day one of installation they never did, their WiFi signal is a waste of money they say it connect up to 30 people but connecting only 3 devices it will be slow not responding no internet buffering so it is waste of money π€πΎπ€πΎit terms of logging in on the cuby router they say they are the ones who manage that when changing passwords etc so if they give me such password im on my own and if it looses signal they threaten me that i must pay money to fix their own signal which it doesn't even work BAD COMPANY FOR INTERNET SERVICE
