I booked my car for some minor repairs at OFS Smart Repair on a scratch and dent policy from SmartUma (Motovantage).
I took it to OFS Smart Repair on the 3rd of April 2023 since they were the designated service provider. I only got my vehicle back on the 19th of April, 16 days after I booked it in.
After I got it back I noticed that my boot didn't close properly and my left rear brake light stopped working after a couple of days. I took it in and they made adjustments to the boot latch and replaced the bulb for the brake light.
After driving my car for a short while thereafter the rear brake light failed again. I took it in this morning and they told me I would need to book it so they can remove the light to find out what the issue is.
They further told me that should I need a courtesy car during this period I could only book it for August.
After they worked on the rear fender the retractable trailer hitch also makes a thudding noise when I extend it.
My car is in a worse condition now than it was before I took it to OFS Smart Repair for the 1st time.
