I received excellent service from Siba. I was on the line and finished in less than 5 minutes. I respect a company that respects my choises and provides quick sufficient service.
I booked my car for some minor repairs at OFS Smart Repair on a scratch and dent policy from SmartUma (Motovantage). I took it to OFS Smart Repair on the 3rd of April 2023 since they were the designated service provider. I only got my vehicle back on the 19th of April, 16 days after I booked it in. After I got it back I noticed that my boot didn't close properly and my left rear brake light stopped working after a couple of days. I took it in and they made adjustments to the boot latch and replaced the bulb for the brake light. After driving my car for a short while thereafter the rear brake light failed again. I took it in this morning and they told me I would need to book it so they can remove the light to find out what the issue is. They further told me that should I need a courtesy car during this period I could only book it for August. After they worked on the rear fender the retractable trailer hitch also makes a thudding noise when I extend it. My car is in a worse condition now than it was before I took it to OFS Smart Repair for the 1st time.
I am not one to bad mouth a business, but there is something to be said for customer service. I have phoned just under 10 times now and each time the matter is apparently escalated, each time with another 3 to 5 working days turnaround. This has been carrying on for 2 weeks without any form of resolution. Rather choose a network provider that deliver what they sell, even if the options are more expensive.
I purchased prepaid airtime on the 29th of May 2015, which still does not reflect on my phone. I made countless calls to Cell C without any success. I have been given 5 different reference numbers and each time I am promised that I will receive a phone call within a couple of hours to confirm that my complaint has been dealt with. To date no-one has phoned me back. I have e-mailed and faxed through proof of purchase as requested by Cell C on numerous occasions and each time I am requested to do it again.<br> <br> This has been going on for almost a month now. I am not an unreasonable person but this level of service is unacceptable to even the most patient customer. Cell C always requests that you grade their level of service at the end of a phone call. Judged on my experience I cannot with a good conscience recommend Cell C to anyone.<br> <br>
