Ok Mini-mart Hugo street still.ongoing

I logged this about 1 to 1.5 years ago. The.mini-mart in Hugo Street Richmond Estate or Vasco. The vagrant feom all over and especially Parow Park. They are a nusance. Other neighbours are also complaining. The lady managing the store is old and to soft. She cannot stand her ground. She told me the vagrant swear at her. Why does the muslin shop arounf the corner, minimart Vasco Boulevard , tygerdal and Panorama keep these people away. This is in very bad taste that the mini-mart invite beggers and vagrants. They are the ONlY SHOP allowing this, so problem with the security for customers, especially woman, that are down the drain.
