Bad service

I bought a restonic bed 5 months ago you would swear my mattress is 2 years old it has already developed a hole in the middle part of the bed, it makes sounds when climbing or changing sleeping positions

I reported it and they refused to change because of a tiny stain, the fact that its only 5 months old doesn't matter
