Dissapoined less chocolate an less caramel + melted ice cream

I purchased two boxes of Ola stick ice cream One was chocolate one was caramel an I an really dissapointed at this time cause the ice ream has less chocolate or less caramel an the cream looks like melted an frozen again absolutely dissapointed if Ola doesn't take pride in manufacturing good quality ice creams they are going to loose customers.
