An olarm device was installed a month ago to my alarm system. I have since been battling to get it connected to my wifi, which is the point of the installation. It meant a very frustrating month between my internet provider and olarm. I even had my router's IP address changed with no success. This afternoon I was determined to figure this out myself. What I discovered was shocking! This app cannot handle any uppercases in the password. Not even a capital letter!!! Shouldn't this be standard to inform the client of that? I should be paid for figuring this out and bringing it to their attention!
