Absolutely fantastic!! Wonderful venue, atmosphere, food and service. Mello was out waiter and an absolute carer. Owner present at all times. Very gentle, calm atmosphere. I couldn't better it if I tried. We took my sister out for a birthday treat the she was given a slice of lovely cheesecake with a little rubber ducky to take home.

The Old Ducky French Café is a modern mixture of the simplicity of Parisian ambience with a blend of quirky, decadent, delightful home grown South African flavours. This enchanting establishment provides nourishment for the soul and memories for keeps.

A quiet gem where the food is always superb and the service attentive. Celebrated with a party of 15 and had the most special time! The carrot Cake is a reason alone to go! Easily my favorite restaurant in the greater Jo'burg region.

Perfect place for a Sunday morning breakfast vibe. Hosting was on point from a social distanced table, sanitized, temp check. Complimentary water and hot chocolate was too cute and courteous. The price was not bad at all compared to Camilla's in fourways, and the music, noise levels, and ambiance was just great. The waiters are dressed in cute French attire and know their menu's. We went with a English breakfast and the Egg Benedict. I had to ask to replace the ham with Mushrooms. I think vegetarian options could be worked on a little bit. All in all the Belgian hot chocolate was too tasty I had another... and... the cutlery and crockery used is very acquaint and on point. The little duck theme is very cute and I love that they took the idea and went wild with it. 5 stars.

Great experience for a cold winters night, even though alcohol consumption was banned due to lockdown restrictions. The duck and cherry pie was something to behold. The service was great with even management ensuring that we were well looked after. We will definitely be back to try there ****tails next time.
