Issue of Red Seal Certificate

I have a complaint about Olifantsfontein Artisan Academy. My husband has done his trade preparation and qualifications through the company. He successfully completed his trade test on 14 September 2021. Since then we have been trying to get his red seal issued by them. We are in a loop as the situation seems to be dormant. I do not recommend Olifantsfontein Artisan Academy for anyone that wishes to do trade test preparation through them. Madrie Hitge and Denise Stassen don't provide accurate feedback eventhoug we have been corresponding on email and phone calls numerous times.
