Issue of red seal certificate
My brother has been waiting for his trade certificate since 15 December 2022, he has been working with trade feedback report and now at his job they want the original certificate, he has been given 7days to fix the issue. Can we get help to fix the situation quickly.

You changed my life OAA
WHERE DO I BEGIN ??? This is the BEST PLACE ever , got qualified in under one month . Got my Red Seal in two months after I had passed . Absolutely fantastic service would Recommend this place to anyone that doesn't want to waste time anymore . This place is super fast . THANK YOU SO MUCH

Olifantsfontein Artisan Academy
Would definitely recommend Olifantsfontein Artisans Academy , My boyfriend did his Plumbing and Welding there and what a great experience ... The Staff welcomed him and made him feel like Family , He qualified on his first try on both tries . He is now earning double .

Bad service
I would not recommend Olifantsfontein Artisan Academy to anyone, my partner did his electrical trade test in November 2022 and since then it's been an on going battle to get his certificate. We have spoken to numerous people in different departments and they all say the same thing "we will try and find out what is going on" and blame shifting all the way.

OAA is AWESOME
Olifantsfontein Artisans Academy has helped my ***friend do his Red Seal in both Plumbing and Electrical and they have absolutely boosted him in life and we are so thankful for being part of the OAA family !!!

Issue of Red Seal Certificate
I have a complaint about Olifantsfontein Artisan Academy. My husband has done his trade preparation and qualifications through the company. He successfully completed his trade test on 14 September 2021. Since then we have been trying to get his red seal issued by them. We are in a loop as the situation seems to be dormant. I do not recommend Olifantsfontein Artisan Academy for anyone that wishes to do trade test preparation through them. Madrie Hitge and Denise Stassen don't provide accurate feedback eventhoug we have been corresponding on email and phone calls numerous times.
