Issue of red seal certificate
My brother has been waiting for his trade certificate since 15 December 2022, he has been working with trade feedback report and now at his job they want the original certificate, he has been given 7days to fix the issue. Can we get help to fix the situation quickly.

Avis car rental, deposits not paid back.
I have been since waiting for my deposit to be paid back to my account, it hasn't been in since, but my balance is disappearing without going to available balance. Second rental, I'm being ****** two deposits. Please fix this.

Refund
Refund. I have since sent proof of payment and bank details for refund and I haven't received the response email from Teneo. When I contact them, there's no response at all.

Refund. I have since sent proof of payment and bank details and haven't received any response emails from them. I've sent multiple emails to Alet Jonker the person who was helping me but now he doesn't respond anymore.
