Bad service
I would not recommend Olifantsfontein Artisan Academy to anyone, my partner did his electrical trade test in November 2022 and since then it's been an on going battle to get his certificate. We have spoken to numerous people in different departments and they all say the same thing "we will try and find out what is going on" and blame shifting all the way.

SELLING DUD BEDS
I bought a bed in May last year for my son, he didn't even use it for a month and then the mattress worn out in the middle of the bed. Reported it to the shop in November, after a lot of struggle I was told that the factory that made the mattress I bought was sold and I must wait till middle January then they will exchange the mattress. Beginning February I asked again what was happening. Now there is no guarantee on the bed only warrantee and I must pay to get the mattress fixed. DO NOT DO ANY BUSSINESS WITH THEM.

Friendly and helpful service
I had an attempted theft on my vehicle leaving the car door and ignition damaged. From the first phone call to Miway I truly experienced very good and helpful service. I was informed every step of the way. And a special thanks to Vukosi Bamuza for being very patient, informative and helpful and really going the extra mile. Not once did I have to wait for an answer or explanation and it was with a great attitude and in a friendly, compassionate manner.
