Worse customer service ever!!! Purchased a vehicle before auction. Enquires whether the vehicle was in any previous car accidents, was informed no. After the vehicle was inspected by Nissan, was then informed that it was indeed in a car accident. Damages & replacement of parts amounted to R31,000.00. Then contacted the Motor Industry Ombudsman, who after numerous emails & calls, aventually received a response from the dealership, who was willing to compensate me for 50% of the repairs for these damages. After supplying the dealership with my banking info, to date, havent received any compensation. Now, the issue has be taken up with The National Consumer Council
