Worse customer service ever!!! Purchased a vehicle before auction. Enquires whether the vehicle was in any previous car accidents, was informed no. After the vehicle was inspected by Nissan, was then informed that it was indeed in a car accident. Damages & replacement of parts amounted to R31,000.00. Then contacted the Motor Industry Ombudsman, who after numerous emails & calls, aventually received a response from the dealership, who was willing to compensate me for 50% of the repairs for these damages. After supplying the dealership with my banking info, to date, havent received any compensation. Now, the issue has be taken up with The National Consumer Council

My mom, an elderly lady of 69, was drawing cash an ABSA ATM, due to the fact that there is always a issue with this ATM, various buttons not working, a gentleman came from behind, stole my mom's debit card out of the ATM & withdrew R6000 in cash. ABSA ***** department advised my mom, that they do have insurance for ******** incidents, yet almost 3 weeks later my mom is still waiting for the outcome of the investigation. My mom being a pensioner was also advised that she might or she might not get her R6000 back. In my eyes, this is beyond pathetic, does ABSA have now shame!!
****!!! ****!!! ****!!! Please dont fall this Loan Company, especially if u are contacted by someone called Naomi Eugene. They will just keep on requesting that u pay, pay, pay & pay. PLEASE!!! BIG NO!!! NO!!
Tyme Bank is the worse bank EVER!!!! ***** was reported on aTyme Bank account, Tyme Bank has put a Debit hold on this account. Account number: 5108 6607 404 The ***** case was cancelled by the individual who opened the case, Tyme Bank issue the Account holder with a Resolved case number, yet the Account Holder's, account still has a Debit hold. Due to this, l am unable to receive my refund from the Account Holder.
In wanting to purchase a new vehicle for myaelf, l saw on facebook post's for "quality repossessed bank vehicle's", l enquire, get a response, do l want to buy cash or finance? So, l advise finance, l get told l must pay the deposit as an immediate payment, once l have, the l will receive the financing contract, the vehicle will be delivered to my residential address within 24 hours. So, l have money saved in an Investment acc, told Daniel, the salesman that l will let him know when the money is in my transactional acc. Every day, day after day, Daniel kept on saying, l muat pay the deposit quickly, cause the truck is leaving at 3pm everyday. So, l decided l want to first view the vehicle at the dealership before purchase the vehicle & paying the depost. I told Daniel that lm going to Durban this weekend, being a long weekend. I can view the vehicle, pay the deposit, sign the financing contract, his response, "financied vehicle" cant be viewed & must be delivered. Obviously, l find this very ODD!!! Please be careful, lm convinced this is a ****!!

Please don't EVER EVER use this company to apply for a loan, they advise you must pay a fee, you pay the fee, then they "convienanty" forget to tell you about the insurance fee which is double the amount of the 1st fee!!! BIG BIG BIG NO NO!!!!
Please dont request a loan from this company, they are just ****mers like all the rest. The advise you to pay a fee (once off fee) as an immediate payment, once you do, they request a "insurance fee", and cleverly forgot to mention this fee when u app**** for the loan. When you request a refund, they just refuse and tell you to pay the "insurance fee" which it double the amount of the 1st fee you paid!!! They will **** you out of your money!!!
I have emailed African Bank, called African Bank numerous times about a *****ulant transaction on my account, to date, they have not rectified my account, they have not credited my account. The transaction has gone through my account, no feedback, no nothing, worse bank EVER!!!
