Goodafternoon my name is SIBUSISO MASHELE I bought a car in 12 December 2025 at OMC motors Johannesburg I had a bad experience as the car was not roadworthy and they had to deliver it at my place were when it arrives the oil was coming out from the gasket seal the car was shaking when we test tar rod ends and rod ends are lose or needs to be replaced and the sound from the aircon the was bad as u could hear the sound from 50m away from the car then i immediately took the pics same day and send to the sales person then the arrangement was for me to look for the mechanic to diagnose the problems that I have mention above and I had to pay my for him and R500 for that then I did update them they ask me to get a quote from him the quote was R15000 incl labour tbt material cost was R11 000 regas wheel alignment and labour makes it to R15000 now they request me to bring the car to them to fix it while leaking oil they don’t consider the quote that was send to them

I’m afraid that this damage needs breakdown or meet me by paying the mechanic to completely fix the car and take full responsibility from the day he fixed as I won’t trust the parts that they will use as I requested quote from Golfwagen it was R10 000 for parts

Please intervene so we find a common group as they are threatening that they are closing in Friday then I have to do their way I so below they don’t mind about the reputation of their company the money that is coming in
