Complain to OMC for a car that is leaking oil and sound at the aircon pump

I didn’t win with my first complain they didn’t reach me my car still leaking oil and the sound is still irritating as the they promise to replace aircon pump and they didn’t they only blue tick me I wish to return the car and get my money
