Bad After Service: I purchased 3 mattress from OMI in Feb 2021, and in Jan 2022, I reported that the beds have sunken. The consultant in the centurion office, on viewing the pictures, agreed that the beds have sunken, and indicated that they would send our an inspector. 3 weeks later the inspector did not arrive, and i asked for the Manager to be contact me, as no contact details of the management team is allowed to be shared. Needless to say, the Manager has still not contacted me, and we are still sleeping on sunken beds.
