I took delivery of a vehicle that i bought at Omnicars Paarl , 14th November 2018. On my way home driving the car for the first time, there was a noise on the right front wheel. Upon closer inspection of the vehicle, there were areas of rust under the right front fender and plastic clips missing on bumpers. An appointment was made with Dawie at Omnicars on 24th Nov 2018 to show concern for wheel noise and bumper and rust issues. The salesman, Nazeem, took the vehicle to Dunlop Fitment Centre nextdoor to them. After speaking to the manager at Dunlop tyres, with Nazeem, it was suggested by Dunlop to replace the tyre, as Nazeem heard the noise himself. We met Dawie, the Branch Manager for the first time, to show him the other bumper clip issue as well as the rust issue, he did not greet, did not even acknowledge us, and refused to assist further or going the extra mile. One of the 125 point check items, says there should be no rust on the body of the vehicle,so what value does the 125 point check have with Hyundai, if there is clear rust. Omnicars has refused to replace the tyre even though they were aware of the noise. They definitely not prepared to assist, once you have purchased the vehicle. Omnicars is definitely not the place to purchase a vehicle, and i would like a response regarding my issue. Tania de la **********
