Choose another delearship

Extremely disappointing experience. Service was poor from the start, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates. Promises were made and not kept, and when issues were raised, there was no sense of urgency or accountability. I have been waiting for a call from the Branch manager, to no avail.

What should have been a straightforward process became unnecessarily stressful due to disorganisation and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this dealership if you value service, reliability, and customer service.
