Firstly my 10 000km service book isn't stamped. Took me over 5 attempts to get a copy of the invoice at very least. Secondly its gone for its 25 000km service at a different branch only to find that bryanston overtightened my sump nut and broke it. Now I have to replace the sump nut. Thirdly cant reach the service manager to even address the issue. And fourth my terminals weren't tightened when I bought the car or at the 10 000 service causing my car to constantly malfunction. Appaling!
