Bad Customer support

I invested with the company in November 2019 when I retired. The contract was for 3 yrs, with the option of annual interest instead of monthly. Getting my annual interest has been a struggle ever since. Then this yr 2022,after fighting again to get my interest I decided to cut ties with the company. They sent me a withdrawal form, no penalty since the fault was on their side . My capital was supposed to be deposited on the 20th of May but up to now I'm still waiting. The owners are giving me the runaround, that's Jason Bluestar and Brandon. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
