Fantastic Service from Branson Holdings that sold my inverter
First of all I think the negative comments on this site does not belong to THIS Branson Holdings (Pty) Ltd - 62 Sail St, Blouberg Sands, Cape Town, 7441 - soon to move to Somerset West because their business is about inverters/UPS systems, Jeep E-Bikes & Fireplaces. I got GREAT service from these guys with an inverter we bought a couple of years ago that was damaged by a surge. Ian went as far as to loan me a unit while my damaged unit was in for testing. It turned out that my unit was damaged and I needed a new inverter which I could have gotten from any business of the internet, but I chose Branson Holdings because of the fantastic service and great product. Thanks Ian & Liza, great service.

SCAMMERS, THIEVES, ROBBERS
Brandon and Jason have no respect for their clients. They are compulsive liars, no morals, principles. They trade on different names and blame each other. When payments are not made they decide they changed directors. The lied about being registered with FSP when they signed the contracts. They also use Sanlam Bluestar as their credentials. Since November our capital has not been returned. We are promised today, tomorrow and don’t ever hear from them. They are Directors but their cellphones are damaged and not repaired. The secretary is also an accomplice as she calls or conveys messages on their behalf. Please contact me to if you need assistance to sue these people.

I had a 12 months investment contract with Branson from 18 May 2021 to 18 June 2022. I opted to receive the interest on a monthly basis of of which there are days that were not paid for, and in some instances monthly payments were delayed for almost a month. Branson is a company which run by people who have no principles neither do they have work ethics. I have signed the wthdrawal notice in April but up until now I have not received my capital. I was told to wait until the 15 of August where Matho Khuzwayo said the war between Ukraine avd Russia has impacted the cmpany negatively but I dont know how is that my problom. The Director of the company Brandon kept on changing payment date and making empty promises until to date when te has decided to ignore my calls and the office phone rings and remains unanswered.

Bad Customer support
I invested with the company in November 2019 when I retired. The contract was for 3 yrs, with the option of annual interest instead of monthly. Getting my annual interest has been a struggle ever since. Then this yr 2022,after fighting again to get my interest I decided to cut ties with the company. They sent me a withdrawal form, no penalty since the fault was on their side . My capital was supposed to be deposited on the 20th of May but up to now I'm still waiting. The owners are giving me the runaround, that's Jason Bluestar and Brandon. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Branson Holdings served me well.
I bought my folding Jeep e-bike from Branson Holding in Cape Town. Very good product for the price, and delivered promptly in safe packaging to Pretoria. A missing mudguard was sent immediately I notified them. Excellent helpful and professional service. They also sell other stuff.
