FGRO ****
I was initially approached by FGRO through a sales representative pitching household and car insurance. I was assured that my debit orders would only be processed once they canceled my existing policy, and any double debits would be promptly refunded. However, despite being double debited from December 2023 to March 2024, I never received the promised refunds. This led to me falling behind on important payments, including my home loan. Additionally, I experienced double debits including November and December, causing financial strain during the festive season. FGRO is only offering to refund half of what I'm owed, contrary to what was agreed upon in the recorded agreement. I wasn't able to have my vehicle pre inspected or claim fuel back as I couldn't be insured by two companies simultaneously. When questioned, FGRO suggests I should have canceled my existing policies, despite their initial assurance that they would handle everything. Their conduct of misrepresentation amounts to *****, their consultants lack understanding and problem-solving skills. I strongly advise staying away from FGRO a representative of Discovery.

The item advertised was completely different to what I received. I was embarrassed as I bought these for gifts which I gave to staff for good performance. The picture was deceiving. Poor quality and misleading advertising

SCAMMERS, THIEVES, ROBBERS
Brandon and Jason have no respect for their clients. They are compulsive liars, no morals, principles. They trade on different names and blame each other. When payments are not made they decide they changed directors. The lied about being registered with FSP when they signed the contracts. They also use Sanlam Bluestar as their credentials. Since November our capital has not been returned. We are promised today, tomorrow and don’t ever hear from them. They are Directors but their cellphones are damaged and not repaired. The secretary is also an accomplice as she calls or conveys messages on their behalf. Please contact me to if you need assistance to sue these people.
