A consultant approached me to sell a service to me. My instructions were very clear that I needed internet, a STATIC line, and the VIOP Service. Those 2 things were dealbreakers and the sales person said he understood. It is now 3 weeks later and I STILL DON'T HAVE my static line or VIOP Service. I have ordered it online twice, I have sent emails, I have phoned, yet no one from RSA Web is interested in helping me. I give up!!!! **** SERVICE RSAWEB

I have been trying to get hold of them for several days and numerous calls and emails per day! Cannot waste my time like this anymore. Not sure if they will do the refund or just take my money! That's to be seen.
Why is it so difficult to get Makro to do good on an online order. 2 Weeks I have been waiting for an order to be delivered in full, yet nothing. You can phone them, asking about why your order only gets partially delivered and everybody says "oh we will come back to you" but they never do. I have been trying this entire week, every day to phone Makro to get answers, yet I have to hear we will phone you back. ******** man!!! Either give me back my money or come up with the goods.
First of all I think the negative comments on this site does not belong to THIS Branson Holdings (Pty) Ltd - 62 Sail St, Blouberg Sands, Cape Town, 7441 - soon to move to Somerset West because their business is about inverters/UPS systems, Jeep E-Bikes & Fireplaces. I got GREAT service from these guys with an inverter we bought a couple of years ago that was damaged by a surge. Ian went as far as to loan me a unit while my damaged unit was in for testing. It turned out that my unit was damaged and I needed a new inverter which I could have gotten from any business of the internet, but I chose Branson Holdings because of the fantastic service and great product. Thanks Ian & Liza, great service.
I would have given this zero stars if I could. I have ordered and paid for an item. First of all they send me the incorrect item, not even closely to what I have ordered. Then they do not want log a return. I have not used the item, I sent them pictures that this is not the item that I ordered and the item sent box look like it went through a war. I told them more than 6 times in an email I WANT A REPLACEMENT because otherwise I would have not ordered the item in the first instance. They refuse to give me a replacement and only want to offer credit which is not what I wanted. I want the item that I ordered and paid for.

I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF I COULD - this guy that is just a courier driving a truck, nothing fancy, just a courier told me he cannot wait 5 min for me to come and fetch the parcel because he does not deliver to the door and I am disabled so I cannot walk fast. Then he just left yesterday without waiting 5 min - as a disabled person I am not speedy Gonzalez and if RAM couriers and their drivers does not respect disabled people then there is a huge problem with your company. The driver of this vehicle JF 76 DJ GP first of all took photos and videos of me UNAUTHORIZED - I DID NOT GIVE HIM CONSENT TO DO SO.....secondly he BRINGS JESUS in this delivery - and then the driver wants to tells me me he loves me and Jesus loves me - sir let me tell you one thing Jesus has nothing to do with this delivery from a courier that told me his life is much more important than to get a package delivered K3167995 - or wait 5 minutes because disabled people cannot run. He just drove off without waiting. II can't get the messed up attitude this delivery boy driving a truck from RAM couriers has. Telling me he loves me, who gives him the authority to tell that to a so called client that was suppose to receive a parcel and in the same breath tell me his life is more important. This is the worse couriers service I have ever experienced and I will report this to Vodacom and I will refuse to receive any parcels from RAM couriers from wherever I purchase something. I will rather send another courier company to collect my parcel, but RAM couriers must not come near me. No respect for disabled people!!!!!
I need to find out why does Verimark make it so difficult to get spares ONLINE from their site and also missing videos on how to replace certain parts that needs to be replaced after a while - for example the Tri-Sweeper brush battery as well as the front round plastic brush.... it is just impossible to maintain the sweeper - so basically Verimark is selling us a broom that is only going to last 2 years and you cannot replace parts because they don't show you how and it is not always convenient to go to a store walking in the mall with your broom in your hand - it looks silly... that lets me believe that you sell this tri-sweeper only to last 2 years and then we must ditch it in the dustbin and you expect us to buy another one. This concept does not sit well with consumer.
I am following the Hello Peter route seeing that it is impossible to get hold of MTN accounts. I have apply for a data contract at the beginning of the year, however, the assistant did not listen to my request and instead created an incorrect contract. I had to wait weeks for MTN to collect the device as the contract was CANCELLED and I was unable to return the device to an MTN store - I have tried 3 times at different stores and each time the stores said that they cannot take devices back for CANCELLED contracts. You keep on debiting my account for a contract that was never used and that was cancelled and the device was returned. I have tried several times to get hold of you guys via telephone but it seems impossible to contact you guys via a normal telephone. I have send several emails (Which I can prove) that the contract is cancelled and that you must STOP DEBITTING my account. Now I get THREATENING SMSs from MTN saying they going to report me to the credit bureau for non-payment - why must I pay for a cancelled contract which I don't use or have a device for - you guys are surely insane. I have communicated this so many times via email yet MTN is still not getting that this contract was cancelled. If you continue to add me as a non-payer on the credit bureau then I will turn to seek legal counsel and I will open a case of theft at the SAP that you keep on taking funds out of my bank account for a contract that was cancelled and never used. Seeing that it is impossible to speak to a human in the accounts department and the people working at MTN that has a reading problem with regards to emails, I am leaving you a message here that if you proceed to add me to the credit bureau and if you continue to take funds out of my account I will proceed with legal action against MTN, This is the account reference number: BA11706419
I Bought a Samsung S22+ on contract from Cellucity and with it was a compliment set of Samsung Buds from Samsung. I have registered on the Samsung Members and got this ref number 1512803105904FZUF2. This is now a month ago and still no buds. I have sent about 4 emails, I have tried to phone several times to no avail. It is as if everyone is trying to run away from me when I mention the words S22 and buds in the same sentence. Samsung simply ignores all my emails, my phone calls get redirected 4 times with one call and still no one can help me.... So here's my question Samsung. The buds' you offer with a Samsung S22 phone seems like a scam to get us to buy your high-end phones in your series and once the purchase is done and we wait 7 - 14 days (as per the members app) you guys laugh because you know you caught another sucker that just spends R20 000 plus to buy your high-end phone and you not going to send the buds as it was only a scam.... I have purchased every second high-end Galaxy S series for the past 10 years from Samsung, my house is full of Samsung products, but I think this is where it ends. From my experience with Samsung, it seems like a con story and one for the South African Police to and ombudsman to investigate as false advertising and fraud.
