Approved return not refunded
Approved return not refunded due to failure of their courier not collecting the shoes. These were bought for my daughter in November and unfortunately she passed away, and the return was logged and approved by the shop. They failed to collect the item and now they are refusing to refund the shoes.

Order not received
I ordered shoes on the 27th November and I haven’t received my order. When I requested their contact number on chat and WhatsApp to follow up on the order, they say they will get back to me and no one did get back to me. I will never order from them I gain. I needed the shoes for 16th December and now it’s 17th December.

Sneakers Sneakers Sneakers!!
Fast Efficient service. Online order was placed, eg Monday and on Wednesday order was received, after I had to make a change which was sorted out immediately. Will definitely order again

Very irate customer
I purchased an item of sneakers from the Box in Attebury Value Mart on 8th May2025. After returning the item as they didn't have the right size I was advised by the salesperson they couldn't refund my money. After several days I was referred to Branch Manager who advised me that my money couldn't be paid back to me in cash as they don't have funds available of which souds absurd. I urgently need assistance as this issue is unresolved for the past month.

I wish I could give this business a zero rating. Ordered shoes (keep in mind, the shoes are also **** shoes), and never received them. Not only do they sell **** merchandise, they take your money and never deliver what you ordered. They will stop answering and just ignore you. Please do not waste your money or your time.
