I have a serious quality issue of top rated boots. No reply and you cant log returns online. Spent hours trying to deal with this. You are never too big to care about quality or customer service? I hope when staff come back to work early Jan I hear from someone with real solutions and assistance. I will not let this go.
Brand new Soccer boots purchased on Black Friday, my son wore them today for the 1st time. They are already broken. I need them for trails next week. Now what, they make it impossible to log a return / damaged product. I have been online for hours trying to sort this out
