I have been calling since last week and sending emails and I haven’t gotten a reply from them. The phone is ringing and no pick up. I need my membership number so I can access the website.
I ordered shoes on the 27th November and I haven’t received my order. When I requested their contact number on chat and WhatsApp to follow up on the order, they say they will get back to me and no one did get back to me. I will never order from them I gain. I needed the shoes for 16th December and now it’s 17th December.
<div>The worst car insurance I’ve ever had. In November 2024 my car was stolen outside of my house. Luckily it was recovered. The clutch was damaged, boot and battery terminals. I claimed with Prime South Africa they did a quote without inspecting the car, the car was with the assessor. They sent me quote that was R10k and said they won’t fix the car I just fix it because my access went up to R17k, I said okay. I went to the mechanic to see what needs to be fixed. By the way the mechanics quote was around R40k and they “amended” the quote to R10k. The mechanic told me and show me what needs to be fixed. I told just fix the clutch and leave everything else I’ll see it at later stage because Prime SA said the amended quote is R10k and nothing more. The mechanic ordered the clutch and when they striped the car they saw that the whole clutch needs to be replaced. They did a quote which is around R49k for clutch including labour nothing else. I contacted PrimeSA to let them know of the developments. They said to me they closed the claim and they are not going to open it again. I must see what I do with my car. I ask them can I get a letter that says that you cannot fix my car and I must see what I do. They said they can’t. I can’t proceed with my lawyers without out the letter. Mind you it’s been almost 5 months without my car and in this 5 months they’re deducting every month without a fail. I hate the day I was introduced to PrimeSA</div>
