I’m currently having an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with On The Case. After paying extra for express delivery, I received no communication about my order, and my tracking number repeatedly returns an error stating that tracking information cannot be retrieved.
What makes this worse is that orders placed after mine are already scheduled for delivery, while mine appears to have been ignored. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, but calls go straight to voicemail and messages are never answered.
The complete lack of communication, transparency, and customer support is unacceptable, especially for a paid express service. I would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering unless customer service and reliable tracking are improved.
