Disappointing

I ordered from them on the 1st of December 2023 and am still waiting for any type of confirmation that my order has been sent or even processed?? I paid for express shipping that is supposed to take 2-3 days but I am going on waiting a full week so what was the point of paying extra? I tried to reach out on email for some clarification but no answer so I'm very disappointed in this whole ordeal.
