Complaint

Very poor customer service from the minute I walked in, the staff is very ****** from the manager (NIKITA) down to her staff. She thought her staff to be ****** very well .. I mean whose still ****** in out time.. very horrible service. I’m not happy at all .. @Hellopeter please do something about this matter.

On the rocks Blouberg descriminated me and my husband over smoking on the outside while when we reserved they told us we can smoke outside.
