Giving credit where credit is due... Last night I was spoiled and taken to On The Rox (Meyerton). Now understand, Gary has previously walked out of this place when it was still Rock n Sole... The service from the moment we walked in, until we left just before 8 was TOP NOTCH! Our waiter was attentive, the floor manager was the perfect host and the kitchen manager ensured that his product was being enjoyed. The shift manager ran the entire operation like a well oiled machine! The food was superb (I can honestly say I have not enjoyed seafood in Gauteng except at Jose’s in Kempton - being from the coast I am particularly fussy). What a truly enjoyable evening!!! Well done to the staff and management! I felt like a Queen. PS ... Gary left his phone there (yes I groaned too) - I’m happy to say, the phone is being kept safe till we collect it.
