The worst customer service I have ever experienced, they are absolute ****mers and they do not help, I cannot believe AEG would recommend them, please stay away from them, they only want your money! Cecilia is the most *********** and useless person you can deal with, she will ***** from you and ignore you. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed and I strongly recommend you do not give these people a cent of your money. There are lots of bad reviews and we are not the first people to experience this from them.

I reported my washing machine to Ornalds Electrical. My husband and I were informed that a technician would be sent to our home for diagnosis and further steps, for which we were charged R750. After that we received an invoice and paid They commenced with the repairs in June 2024, later they came to collect the machine from our home for repairs. This month marks 5 months of waiting, I received a call to say the washing machine is not repaired as yet because the previous mechanic tempered with the machine However, instead of taking responsibility the technician "Ornald" informed me that I needed to purchase more parts for the washing machine. I told him that i already paid them R4 000 therefore cannot pay anymore cent because i might as well purchase a new machine as i have previously requested. After 2 months of failed repairs i was very specific " return my machine and refund my money" The technician further went on to say that he would not apologise for keeping the machine this long and would not issue a refund. Instead they will return the machine which is still non functional if i refuse to pay for more parts. Then i still asked for refund and my nonfunctional machine Then at a later stage Cecelia sent a message to say that the washing machine has been fully repaired yet requires and extra R1445 for parts installed on the machine. The games this company play is insane. Disgusting... As a result of this ordeal, I have been spending over R1000 every month on laundry services. This has caused significant financial distress for me. There is no one for escalation purposes, Only Cecelia who is the heart of the ****. I told her i wont pay 5500 for machine repairs and she insists that i must pay to get my machine back. I even went to an extent of negotiating payment arrangement with them seeing that they refuse to meet me half way. Ready to take the next step to expose these ********s.......

The company is a scam. Taking chances with people's appliances. I paid them over R6000.00 to fix my Samsung fridge, and they failed dismally to fix it but took my money!!! The Arnold, the supposed fridge guru, now avoids my calls to him. The last time he came he started accusing me of having used someone else to fix the fridge in his absence which is utter nonsense. I suppose he has run out of guessing what it is he can replace next. The dude is a con-artist always making noise about his supposedly "super" history and experience fixing fridges... but failing to fix a fridge for over a year!!! Some people's means of survival is just straight out parasitic. I have been contacting Samsung to lay a complaint as they are the ones who referred me to Onalds. Samsung itself has a horrible call center that either doesn't hear you during the call, or tells you they'll call you but never does. But I'm going to pursue the matter to the end... no scumbag is going to rob me win broad day light.

What a RUDE AND INCOMPETANT bunch of employees. They are a disgrace. Waiting for my microwave to be repaired. After calling them on numerous occasions and leaving messages, NO response. I can not believe that this is a Samsung Authorized Centre and Samsung allows this!!!! I should rather have bought a new microwave with 2 years warranty instead of paying an arm and a leg for repairs with a 3 month warranty.

Beware of #Samsung Service centre In Germiston. Onalds Electrical and General Dealer is a small operation who are totally incompetent. The so called Supervisor by the name of Cecilia is worst than the operator who calls herself Nadia. Onalds himself is never available. I needed a part for a Samsung fridge. Gave the model number of the fridge and begged for the part after being promised that it will be available in 2 days. 2 weeks down and still don’t have my part. They claim Samsung is incompetent and supplied the wrong part 3 times in the 2 weeks. I will never buy a Samsung fridge again. Onalds are most incompetent.

I can not stand this company anymore and have decided not to deal with them directly anymore. I'm headed for the small claims court now. I have wasted almost R7000 and my fridge is still not working. Then they have the audacity to tell me to pay callout fee for the same job. In 8 months they have returned more than 3 times and I recount my warranty from the last time they touched/worked on the fridge. So I refused to pay warranty and they refuse to come. Last time they came was a week ago. That's when they wanted me to pay the callout and I refused. Today I called them to say from last week till now the fridge is no longer working. Cecila told me because I refused to pay the callout fee last week, they will not be coming to look at it. So today as I type this I'm in a queue at the small claims court in palmridge. I'm fed up. Guys please take them to task. Samsung I have phoned many times to have these guys removed from their database but nothing is being done. Maybe I should take Samsung on for recommending such bad service!
