Extremely Poor Service – Order Cancelled Twice After 2 Months
I am extremely disappointed with Takealot’s service. I placed an order for a Pandora bracelet in early February, paid in full, and received no communication for over a month. After following up myself, I was told it was a pricing error and the order was cancelled. After lodging a complaint, I was then assured that the order would be fulfilled. I waited again, only for the order to be cancelled a second time, now being told it is “out of stock”, with no proper explanation or communication. This means: My money was held for an unreasonable amount of time -I had to continuously follow up myself -I was given false assurance that the order would be honoured -The order was cancelled twice with no transparency This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. After two months of waiting, I am left with nothing but frustration. I expected far better from a company of this size. I am extremely unhappy with how this situation has been handled. I will never use their service again, disappointed and upset is an understatement.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, they are absolute ****mers and they do not help, I cannot believe AEG would recommend them, please stay away from them, they only want your money! Cecilia is the most *********** and useless person you can deal with, she will ***** from you and ignore you. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed and I strongly recommend you do not give these people a cent of your money. There are lots of bad reviews and we are not the first people to experience this from them.
